Apprenticeship facts

At Youth Engineering, we currently provide a Level two accredited Engineering Operative apprenticeship. The apprenticeship is delivered alongside our partners Springfield Training, a Government approved and registered training provider, ensuring both an educational and hands on approach to learning.

There are three potential routes with a Youth Engineering apprenticeship:

• Route one: Begin your apprenticeship with YES, with the option to complete the apprenticeship within Bradbury Group
• Route two: Complete the apprenticeship within YES before beginning career within Bradbury Group
• Route three: Complete the apprenticeship with YES and remain within Youth Engineering as a permanent member of the team.
