We are proud of our heritage, having provided alternative career opportunities for individuals since 2014.

Today, the programme can provide training, education and support for up to 10 individuals. Our flexible approach enables any individual, regardless of work, education or health history, to gain hands on, real life experience, without the daily pressures felt in mainstream education and workplaces. We encourage people from all walks of life, regardless of previous experience, to learn new skills in a real-life manufacturing environment.

Facts of the scheme
  • The programme runs for up to 15 months, providing on the job training.
